All information here is intended for wholesale orders only.

No discounts/coupons/or free shipping offers can be used for wholesale.

Kindly email us at sales@semanewyork.com for wholesale inquiries. 

Please provide us with a list of all items that you are interested in.  We will then email you the wholesale pricing depending on how many items you are purchasing.

All minimums are subject to change at any time.  We will update website’s wholesale policies as soon as any changes have incurred.

• Submit Order Via Phone.  Please write down all item numbers - then call us.  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).  Paypal, personal checks, money orders, & certified checks are also accepted.

Duties, Taxes And Customs for wholesale orders only

• For USA: No taxes, no duties and no customs charge for orders ship to any USA address. We will ship out your order from the New York office. 

• For International countries: Customers outside of USA may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The rules vary country by country and you should contact your local customs office and shipping office for further information.  Customs/Duties are full responsibility of the buyer, not the shipper.

Shipping Within USA and Canada

• Next day delivery within the U.S. is available, at additional costs.

• International orders can be shipped using FEDEX or USPS.  Fedex is more costly; however, you receive a tracking number and a confirmation on delivery, (if customs goes through properly).  With USPS, it is less expensive; however, there is no tracking information. Only guarantee you receive it that the package is insured.

Returns and Guarantees

We guarantee our products and services. In the unlikely event of a defective products or dissatisfaction, simply return it within 5 days for a refund or credit on purchase prices of all items returned. Please contact us before sending the return items. We do not pay for the cost for sending back the items.  Products returned must be unused and in resale condition.  You can use your own shipping company to ship the goods back to us.  We will only pay for shipping if we send you the WRONG items.  Or if the goods are damaged. No other reasons.
